Manpage section should be 3 instead of 1 #78

I noticed that the manpage that gets installed as documentation is section 1 
(Executables) instead of 3 (Libraries). This is a minor change, but it should 
be corrected.

I'll add this to the list for the next release. Unless a bug is found in 2.0.2, 
I plan to release 2.1.0 but it may be a while.

I plan to release a 2.0.4 version soon and I've included this fix.
