Tests should return a value

I think it would be helpful if the tests returned a value distinguishing 
success from failure rather than merely printing to the console. This would 
help with automated testing.

Specifically, I noticed this in running the tests as part of the Debian package 
build process. Currently, the best I can do is visually inspect the test 
results, but if a value were returned, then we could programmatically know if a 
test fails and take action based on it.

I'll add this to the list for the next release. Unless a bug is found in 2.0.2, 
I plan to release 2.1.0 next but it may be a while.

I think I've fixed this and the manpage issue. The changes are in 
/svn/tags/gmpy2_maint. It will become gmpy2_2_0_4 when I make a release 
(assuming no issues are found).
