geofence branch #1

Now that https://sdi.georchestra.org/ci/job/georchestra-template-geofence/ has been setup, it's time to create a branch for a geofence-aware geOrchestra stack.

Here it is, untested though: https://github.com/georchestra/docker/tree/geofence

My guess is that it won't work as is because GeoServer and GeoFence have to see each other. This will require an ambassador: see https://github.com/docker/fig/issues/666 for more information.

Ambassador is required, true, but only due to a circular import between apache, proxycas and geofence.

I've tested that geofence works with this docker stack \o/
