HDMI Initial Commit #34

This change breaks the existing VERA hardware by repurposing CS# with DE. Also HDMI is a protected mark which requires licensing which could impact VERA hardware that implemented this.

I like enabling HDMI on VERA, but we should be extremely careful about taking in changes that will not work with the existing board design and use marks that require licensing.
