move to pothosware #3

Hello, first of all thanks for your work. Have you already considered to get in contact with @cjcliffe or @guruofquality for moving your work from API3+RSPduo to an official repository under pothosware? In this way we can add the soapy module to distro repositories.

I havent been following, but a simple pull request and approval by @SDRplay should do it :-)

@fventuri I'm running this version for over two month on a websdr station, so IMO it's ready to be merged. As it is your repository, could you please open the PR? And anyways, thanks for the effort!

@ra1nb0w @guruofquality @fmoessbauer My bad for not updating the README on this repository that it is no longer active (I just did).

A month or so ago, together with @SDRplay, I moved all the development and updates for this module here: https://github.com/SDRplay/SoapySDRPlay; that repository also contains a few minor updates from the last month or so.

This said, if you are OK with it, I can open a PR from that repository, have @SDRplay review it, so the code can go under pothosware.
