can't log in #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.connecting via putty

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected the login to be accepted, but it won't. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I assume the latest on Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
I am not even sure what the correct login is. is it root or User root? But I 
tried all possible combinations.
