When loading a new network, graph editor should zoom correctly to frame it. #10

Pan the graph editor, then load the network.  It often appears out of the
scene.  Make logic so that after network loading, the canvas zooms and pans
so that it nicely frames the loaded network.

Remember to add this function to the menu, something like "Reset view".

Hijack the 'r' reset function.  This seem to work fine!
