DICOMbrowser can not scan path contain multi-bytes directory.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In DICOMBrowser, add directory "/home/cclsuper4109/桌面/osirix"
2. DICOMBroswer return nothing.
3. Move "osirix" to "/home/cclsuper4109/osirix"
4. DICOMBroswer return all studies, series and images.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
DICOMBrowser should retrun studies but it return nothing. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
DeVIDE: ver 9.1

OS: ubuntu 9
