replace pythonwx with devide-based shell+editor #146

PyShell really sucks.  After a clean installation, the window flashes and 
disappears.  Besides, the functionality was limited to begin with.  Rather 
base the pythonwx dream on the DeVIDE built-in editor+introspection window 
combination.

I've integrated ipython.  Will make ipython-wx and ipython available as dreams, 
screw 
the rest.
