Probefilter reports error (but works on second run) #195

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Use a ProbeFilter to resample between two images with different extents

The first time the ProbeFilter is run, it throws an exception:
If run a second time the output is correct, and no error is thrown.

Example:

15:32:56: ModuleManagerException: Unable to execute part 0 of module dvm3 
(probeFilter): ERROR: In 
..\..\..\archive\VTK\Filtering\vtkStreamingDemandDrivenPipeline.cxx, line 878 
vtkStreamingDemandDrivenPipeline (000000001A0ECA30): The update extent 
specified in the information for output port 0 on algorithm 
vtkTrivialProducer(000000000E632660) is 0 270 0 271 0 240, which is outside the 
whole extent 0 511 0 511 0 31.
