For two VTK images volumes the probe filter assumes that the source image is 
represented in the same axes as the target image even though the DICOM metadata 
may specify otherwise.

This requires a manual reslice operation before the probe filter is to be used.

It would be nice if the probe filter included the relevant logic to do a 
reslice before probing.
