GraphEditor should have current filename #53

Currently, saving a network to file from the graph editor always asks for
the filename.  The graph editor should store the current filename after the
first save, and then always save to this filename, unless the user selects
"File | Save As".  This is typical behaviour for most other
document-oriented apps.
