Add "edit module source" to the graph editor module context menu #66

Sometimes you need a way to edit that module source Really Frighteningly
Quickly.  In these cases, an "edit module source" on the module context
menu would be terribly useful.  DeVIDE should find the preferred editor
(config file setting, EDITOR environment variable, sane per-platform
defaults) and start it up on the relevant module source code.
