Weird keys for next and previous DICOM slice #71

DICOM browser: CTRL+P and CTRL+N?!?!?!?!

We've discussed this, it's horrible. The key-combination is so
impressively unlogical that I had forgotten it, even though we talked
about it. I tried Shift+P, shift+N, which didn't work (duh), then after
2!! minutes I noticed the Navigation Menu that gave me some clues on how
to do this.

I think using the up and down arrows is the most logical option.

Oh and maybe you can also link it to the mouse-wheel (capture the event, then
don't
pass it to the window interaction observer)

I've added an extended DICOMBrowser section to the help with hotkeys. I've also
added mousewheel (+- image) and control-mousewheel (+- 10 images) support. Is
that
sufficient?

up and down arrow have different meanings depending on the currently focused
panel.
If you really really really want to, I can add hotkeys only to the image pane
for
arrows (+- 1) and pgup / pgdown (+- 10), yeah?
