DICOMbrowser: Zooming resets when new slice is loaded #79

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load a CT-set
2. Zoom in on some part of a particular slice
3. Scroll to next slice
4. View zooms out again

which is very annoying :).

That's what the "Lock PAN / ZOOM" radiobutton (under the image display) is for. 
 The
zoom is deliberately reset with each image, as the DICOM parameters could change
(even in a series).
