"Reboot" doesn't work on player end #36

It does work on GM side, but player got error when they try to (Foundry 11) Sans titre

Side note : Weapon table entry 10 is "Empty + Grenade Launcher" and should be "Assault Rifle + Grenade Launcher" !

I fixed the table, but the permission errors looks like it might be a bug in Foundry v11. I'm following up with Foundry devs to find out. Bug report on the Foundry discord: https://discord.com/channels/170995199584108546/1065764070680186930/1115681690757644381
