Slow and Fast Action "Condition Icons" are broken. #389

Describe the bug

When looking at the conditions via the token menu, the slow and fast action icons are missing/broken.

Reproduction

Create token, drop it on the scene. Rightclick -> Condition Menu

Game System: forbidden-lands, 11.4.0
Active Modules: 15
Performance Mode: 3

OS: Ubuntu
