Describe the bug

Character sheets no longer open when character portrait/name is clicked from the party sheet windows.

Reproduction

Open the party sheet, add characters, try to open the character sheet by clicking on name or portrait.

System Info

OS: Windows, macOS
Firefox latest, MS Edge latest Prod and Dev editions
Foundry 11.315
FL System: 12.0.0

Logs

I can't finy anything related in the log to this problem

Validations

[X] Done a clean install of the system.
[X] Disabled all modules.
[X] Checked if the issue is present in a new world instance (create a new world in foundry using the Forbidden Lands system).
[X] Not a bug report about the content modules. Reports regarding the content modules go here instead.
[X] Not a "How To"-question (You can ask questions here: Discussions).

This is a known regression. Changes to the Foundry V12 api that renders these links changed in a way that requires a complete rewrite of the logic. In the meantime I removed them.

This issue will be used to track the fix.
