When you make a journey test from the party sheet and fail, you are supposed to have the "Roll mishap" button available in the chat window.
But if you have a negative modifier (due to bad weither or whatever) and fail the roll with at least a "negative success" (more sixies on the negative die than sixies on the positive dice), the mishap does not appears.
Reproduction
Roll a journey test with negative modifiers until the roll fails AND more sixies on the negative die than sixies on the positive dice.
NB : the behavior seems correct if you have a total of 0 success with as many positive than negative sucesses
