Migrate deprecated "entity" field to "type" in compendium data #154

Compatibility warning brought up while launching foundry:

I've updated the system.json manifest to use various v10 fields, including "type" instead of "entity" for pack definitions. This is in latest build 2.0.4.

This seems to deal with all the warnings when launching Foundry. However, when launching a world I'm still seeing a similar error... even though "entity" no longer appears anywhere (that I can tell).
