File outcome-only-roll-card.hbs is missing from source code #176

Hi, it's me again ! When I tried to rest, I encountered an error when I select "Don't eat" or "Starve" options.

It seems the file outcome-only-roll-card.hbs mentionned in rest.js is missing from source code. https://github.com/fvtt-fria-ligan/morkborg-foundry-vtt/blob/329e5bf6758ec6b005a14c704be8a32a72d60099/module/actor/rest.js#L46

Thanks for all the bug reports! I'm currently traveling, but will be able to take a look in a few days.

No problem ! Take your time and enjoy your travel ! That will leave time to try to make pull requests (for the easiest ones).
