When I click on "Edit Notes," the chat bar disappears, and I'm unable to edit the notes field or save the changes.

I cannot repeat this with just the system installed. It is likely a problem with a Mod you have installed. I'd start by turning off all your mods first to find the culprit and reach out to the mod creator to let them know.

Are you using Firefox by any chance? I can verify the issue in Firefox, but it works in Chrome.
I'll poke at the CSS and see if I can find the issue and get it working for non-chromium browsers but Foundry, in general, doesn't work as optimally in Firefox. might take a little time. If it is critical for you in the mean-time try a chromium based browser and see if you have better results.

Thanks for the report and for helping hunt down the root cause!

ALSO! seems to only happen with the video bar at the top or bottom of the screen... bizarre. maybe swap the position of the video interface to left or right until I can get a fix if nothing else
