Clean updates #7

Hi, Thanks a lot for bearing with me and all my committing.... I think I might now have understood far more of github than before. Please find my updated files on a clean new slate, and I promise not to committ every line that I edit. :D

This is my new suggestion for the "users that dare" :D for BlankConfig

Default Config Should be a cleaned-up version now, with all the liquid links in place.

NewToFvwm Updated file. I removed the dead links to sample fvwm2rc files, replaced them with links to the forum and added NsCDE in the third party programs. Hopefully got all the not-yet-liquid links ready.

Man, Covid has taken its toll. I haven't caught it (yet), but I've been organising, re-organising and re-re-organising things and structures at work on a daily basis like never before. Again sorry for the delay, I hope I've managed now to come up with something that might be ok to merge. Cheers all and stay safe!

Most of this is now out dated, the pages in question have been updated/created, and I didn't see anything that should be moved from this PR. @MasterP-theGu if you ever come back to looking at the wiki again, feel free to make a PR against its current state if you have any suggestions to improve it.
