Rails 5 #238

This updates to a new Ruby version (2.3.1 instead of 2.2.1) and a new Ruby on Rails version (5.0.0.1 instead of 4.2.7.1).

All my automatic tests pass, and I tried running the site locally and everything seemed to work, but I'm sure I missed something. Please let me know if you run into any errors that you haven't seen before.

Hi Florian!

So far I did not find anything wrong besides this: It seems like I have to log in more often on my smartphone than before this update. I feel like I have to login again after about 5-10 minutes without activity where it was not necessary to login again before the update. This is not really an issue because I have my login data already saved in the browser. So one more klick, I just wanted to inform you.
