Bump vcpkg to latest 2.5 #72

This updates the vcpkg branch. Marked as a draft until the corresponding Mixxx patches fixing the static Linux build have been upstreamed:

Use --x-abi-tools-use-exact-versions for vcpkg instead

Interesting, do you think that's a caching issue? IIRC I got the same linking errors with a fresh build.
