Agree it would be good to show the entities associated with a single camera. I have a RLN16-410 with 9 cameras. Sometimes when adding cameras I can see NVR specific entities and other times they are not there. Maybe there is a limit to the maximum number of entities associated with a device.
drjjr2 have you ever been able to get AI detection working with cameras connected to the NVR? i.e does it ever change from displaying Clear
I've tried every NVR firmware, camera firmware, reolink_dev version and can't get it working. At present I have the newest version of everything installed.
@cshep I have seen the AI detection work "mostly" You do have to enable ONVIF on the NVR and the only way to do that is to attach a monitor to the NVR and use a mouse attached to the NVR to login as admin and change the setting. I do see sensors get "stuck" sometimes. For example, at the moment I have a motion showing "detected' when I know that room has been empty since 11:00 last night.
I still have version 0.7 installed. This is the last version that EVERYTHING works on. I have 7 cameras connected to the NVR
I also have this issue and many features of cameras are not working such as motion detection.
I am using an NVR (RLN8-410-E) which is not able to support the latest AI features and is consequently on the older v2.0.0.274_20120701 firmware.
This was working fine until I noticed strange behavior with motion detection becoming unavailable frequently a couple of months ago, but didn't have time to look into it more closely.
I have just reinstalled v0.46 and am getting "confused" mixing of entities between devices when I have added my cameras. When 1 camera is added, I am having issues with the stream - I have tried rtmp & rtsp and main/sub/ext.
I have now removed the integration and reverted back to generic cameras configuration but cannot get the motion sensor working. If anyone can assist, please review my other post here:

Describe the bug The integration will list each camera separately in the Integrations page, but clicking on a single camera's device brings up all the entities for all of the cameras in the integration.
To Reproduce Add multiple cameras using ReolinkDev integration. Select the 1 device in a camera and then again on the devices list. All cameras and associated entities will display instead of just for the selected camera.
Expected behavior Each device should open its own set of entities. ESPHome is an example of an integration that does this.
Screenshots Selecting this device should just show the entities for "Bordeaux"
View with them all combined
These are the two cameras in the integration:
