Hi friends,

I have 2 reolink 810a. It works fine and detect cars and person wirhout HA. The HA integration is not detecting persons or cars. I paste an error of reolink camera in the core log:

2022-03-19 03:11:47 ERROR (MainThread) [custom_components.reolink_dev.base] Host 192.168.1.41 error renewing the Reolink subscription

I have the same issue. I suspect this is linked to the issue logged about firmware update to .764 and connection issues.

The issue remains with the new firmware ( v3.1.0.956_22041503 ) :(

Any update to this? I'm having the same issue. Person and Vehicle sensors do not trigger.

I went back to v3.0.0.494_21073003 firmware and it keeps working fine.

Oh nice, I've enabled ONVIF support on my NVR so now I can get detection but the sensors are not changing back, Still working on it.

I find the new firmware has improved the onboard AI and I am not really seeing any false detections from the camera now where a previously got quite a lot.

As I have automations on HA for detection events that are not always being passed through to HA properly because of this issue I might chose to role the firmware back as well...just keep holding out hope that it gets rectified by new firmware.
