Reolink integration 0.51 with Reolink software firmware .764 not connecting #479

I have multiple Reolink camera types on my system. Some of them connect to HA and some do not. The issue seems to be related to the .764 or later updates with cameras on such firmware. The camera types currently providing video integration into HA with Reolink 0.51 are RLC-820A, E1 Zoom & RLC-510WA The cameras RLC-1212A & RLC-823A can not be connected to HA, they respond with "Failed to connect with the camera". Both cameras are relatively new models with only one firmware, .764 or later available. The RLC-820A and RLC-510A and E1 Zoom have updates .494, & .716 available and they do connect fine when I roll them back to updates prior to .764. but will not connect when I updated them to .764. Is it possible that Reolink made some changes to their API with their .764 and later updates that the current Reolink .51 has not yet accounted for?

Error when trying to integrate for cameras with firmware .764 and later image

gdeuss commented 2 years ago

I have reattempted this video integration under HA OS 7.6 and Core 2022.4.3 and cameras with firmware 764 and later are now connecting without error and working, as far as video integration. I will close this issue since it was specific to this topic. It is not clear to me exactly what solved it. There have been HA OS updates (1) and CORE updates (multiple) since my initial report and I do not know which version solved the issue
