Error renewing the Reolink subscription #516

Describe the bug I'm getting _ERROR (MainThread) [custom_components.reolink_dev.base] Host 192.168.1.204 error renewing the Reolink subscription_ errors every 60 seconds

After adding the camera the following error occurs: home-assistant | 2022-06-08 19:38:52 ERROR (MainThread) [custom_components.reolink_dev.base] Host 192.168.1.204 subscription failed to its webhook, base object state will be set to NotAvailable

Looks the same issue as this one, there are 3 issues created in this repository related to this issue. No solution for me so far.

I am also having this issue.

The internal Home Assistant URL was not set properly. After fixing this this error is gone.

@stalakerob Hi, Have you set the urls in System / network Home Assistant URL Internet and Local? I have configured it but still having the issue. Thanks.

hello, this morning i delete integrations, then delete reolinkdev, then restart ha then install reolink dev from HACS, then integrate my 4 cameras on the nvr410, without ssl checking and not https, http on port 8091, as recommanded in the docs and same problem report error and motion sensors in ha doesnt seems to work.

So, for me it doesnt seems to be a ssl or https problem.

Next, i removed my network config from configuration.yaml and put my internal and external adress in the UI, to be sure that s not the problem, doesnt work, still have error messages and motion sensors broken.

It will be nice to have a fix...be related on 2022.8.0 or 2022.8.1 hassos update because it was working like a charm in july...

EDIT : sorry...my bad...i have not activate "ONVIF" after update of the NVR...it works now

EDIT 17/08/2022 : after 4 hours...no more sensors working...


EDIT 23/08/2022 : SORRY : MY BAD...RTMP is not active again after a firmware update... to resume :

Thanks Reolink to not unify all setting with a simple and one way method.......................

However, it works but i have the sensors and all videos for my 5 cameras D520 "unavailable" every 2 hours for 1 minute.

i think its the time the NVR take to reboot.

No help from Reolink, i was just advise to replace my CAT5E cables (camera are directly connected with CAT5E 10m cables, new, give in the pack with NVR and 4 cam D520), or advise to lower the bit rate of the cameras, or change my HDD (wich is new like the NVR and the camera)...no comments.

Nobody have "grey" recording every hours or 2 or 3 please ?

for me sometimes it work for 4 hours without stop working, i record 24/7. but usually its every 2 hours, no more video, no more sensors for 1 minutes and a half, so Its not related to HA, its a NVR problem...in my case.
