What is happening here and what else do i need to provide

This error originated from a custom integration.

+1 I am getting the exact same error with: RLC-410W Firmware: v3.0.0.136_20121102

Did you try to increase the "timeout" setting in the integration's configuration?..

Same here. I have set the timeout setting to the max (60).
