Failed to talk to bootloader

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.FTDI cable connected 
2.Launch OSD config
3.Read from OSD

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Read current screen setup firmware
Prompt that says "Failed to talk to bootloader" then "Failed to download data!"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MinimOSD v1.1
Microsoft Windows Vista

Please provide any additional information below.
Read issues 28 through 30 without any luck.  Please help!!

Hey guys, solved the issue.  Rookie mistake, had the wrong com port selected.
