Firmware 0.1.51 and 0.1.52 for Thinkpad T570 require current version >= 0.1.64 #275

The 0.1.51 firmware requires (again) current version greater than or equal to 0.1.64. The requirement was not in the 0.1.50 firmware. Looks like it is an old bug in 0.1.45 (see https://github.com/fwupd/firmware-lenovo/issues/97#issuecomment-748922595).
