I can use LiveCD in UEFI, but when I install GNU/Linux (Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora, etc) to my drive, grub2-install error will appear. Canonical, GRUB2 and Linux developers explored this problem and had known that it's problem connected with bug in proprietary HP UEFI firmware.
So I can install GNU/Linux systems only in BIOS-compability legacy mode without any efforts.
There are no problems with Windows 10 installation in both modes (UEFI, BIOS).
There is full bug apport with details: https://bugs.launchpad.net/kernel/+bug/1835664
