[x] Put the current code into a Docker image
[x] Add pagekite into the Docker image
[x] Add client
[x] Add pagekite in client
[ ] Test on a VPS
[ ] Replace pagekite secret with authdomain mechanism
[ ] Update docs
[ ] Rename this repo to pagekite-letsencrypt to indicate that that's the combination it's useful for.
