Use a client identifier along with the message #21

To follow on from this: #22

@fabricedesre r? This adds the client identifier from the self-signed certificate we generate on the box. Iron Framework doesn't let us discern the client certificate of a request easily without a change in iron. So until we have a fix in #22 we need to post the fingerprint of the client cert - which isn't ideal.
