Resource busy, mount failed with 75 #5

Everything was going according to the guide until I tried to launch ./writeable_root

That returned the following: Password: mount_apfs: volume could not be mounted: Resource busy mount: /Users/paul/temp failed with 75 make changes in the set directory and exit the shell when you're done WARNING: system will reboot on exit

I'm running this on macOS Big Sur (11.6.6) with a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013). [2,3GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7, 16GB 1600MHz DDR3 RAM]

No way to fix it:( I have been searching on it for a while, but still sucks
