Make IPv4 -> IPv6 mapping configurable + don't ignore IPv6 addresses specified in netbox #4

Of course the hardcoded mapping has the advantage that it's always 100% consistent, so it suits our needs quite nicely. But it's not very flexible. And it would be good if netbox-auto could turn into a general purpose tool.
