switch animation wrong #3

the animation is wrong, and slow because of scaling a border-radius element. i have no idea if OMT fixes this, because i have no real device and dont know if the simulator has OMT enabled.

i tried a different uproach (translate instead of scale, which is faster) but when you look at my fork https://obama.github.io/gaia-switch/examples/index.html there are some problems:

onload runs the animation
when checked and then unchecking, translateX jumps to 0 and the animation then jumps back to translateX(100%) and plays 100% -> 0px
trying to fix this with JS would need access to :after selector? is that possible? i couldnt google a easy way.
