URL for the NPM registry is invalid with the scoped package #283

The URL for the NPM registry is invalid with he scoped package. The Composer package style is used instead of the NPM package style (see the issue #266).

Example: The package name in the URL for the npm-asset/angular--core is angular--core and not @angular%2Fcore.
