Getting the below parser error when adding an npm package in composer 

 [UnexpectedValueException]                                                                  
  Could not parse version constraint >=4.0.0-,<5.0.0: Invalid version string "4.0.0-,<5.0.0"

refering to https://github.com/bootstrap-vue/bootstrap-vue/issues/511
