Feature Request: natively support consolefonts psf #40

Attempted to convert consolefonts (psf) using psftools 
http://www.seasip.demon.co.uk/Unix/PSF/
to bdf format and installed in fontconfig dir.  Unfortunately did not work with 
fbterm.

perhaps freetype2 doesn't support  the converted psf font.

fbterm won't treat psf font as a special case and add specific codes for it.
