[Feature Request] BetterF3 Support #5

While the setting which allows you to see which specific shader you're using via shift clicking the SSS button is nice, it would also probably be good for those used to the old system to have the current shader listed within F3, especially when using the BetterF3 mod.

Also would be ideal to have this backported to 1.18.2 considering that's the last major version without mojang's chat report addition.
