Creation of private blockchain network (either AWS or Azure - if Ashurst has a preference let me know and we can coordinate with Ashurst devs to launch an instance - or we launch and bill accordingly)

It's a matter of configuration. I think we can create a repository in Github and put configurations and instructions to configure the private blockchain, so that the blockchain users can download the configuration files and follow the instructions to set up a node anywhere.

My estimation is 15 hours for this task, including sub tasks such as set up local blockchain nodes using virtual machines to test, and publish configuration files and write instructions in Github repository.
