Missing features in Tamilnet 99 Keyboard #2

The automatic insertion of 'pulli' (halanth equivalent in Tamil) when we 
repeatedly press two consonants has been properly implemented.

However, Tamilnet 99 standard specifies two other situations, where also such 
automatic insertion of 'pulli' needs to be carried out:

1. When a homorganic nasal consonant is typed and then the corresponding 
consonant, 'pulli' needs to be introduced in between
    e.g. : Pressing  ங followed by க must give ங்க
            Pressing ம followed by ப must give ம்ப  and so on..
2. When the letter ன is pressed followed by letter ற, then it must result 
in ன்ற
