Remove references to donating #12

There are a few places where the standard views reference donations. We need to remove these as we do not currently accept donations, and it's confused a few people. There's also a donate link to staging.fyi.org.nz in production .. so this issue is technically a bug :)

Tagged for Instance Update so it doesn't get forgotten about, but should also be removed from production in the mean time.

Believe there are two locations of this:

[x] Post request display
[ ] Built in help pages (we need to figure out what we are doing with those pages now we have meta.fyi.org.nz)

I've fixed the post request display in fyi-next by way of localisation changes (removed that entire part of the string)
