Once we've decided what we are doing with the help pages (blow them away and direct to meta.fyi.org.nz, or not) we may or may not need to incorporate this fix into our theme. Leaving as is for now.

Upstream have pulled in my change, and I've rebased our changes on top of it, so this is a non-issue regardless of our approach.
