Clean up converter code and drop refresh hack #5

This PR removes the humanInteraction bool that was a hack until https://github.com/fyne-io/fyne/issues/607 got fixed. Now it is fixed and that means that we can change the code to how it is supposed to look :+1:

Yes of course. At least we have a fix now, so I figured I would open the PR a bit early. Better safe than sorry, you know :)
