Move the torch integration codes from DiffSim to our final year project repository.

No DiffSim codes are involved, to avoid weird bugs or unstable commits being involved
Automatically a Docker build will be trigger
Checking first BEFORE merge!

Afterwards,

[ ] Tag the merged result, so that the docker image will be pushed to DockerHub
[ ] The source branch can be safely removed from the DiffSRL repo.
