Use native Windows notifications #12

Using native Windows notifications would look a lot better on Windows 10, since it will integrate with the OS better. This would make notifications incompatible with Windows 8.1 and earlier.

I will probably push 2.0 without this change, but implement it in a later release. My plan is to create a legacy branch which only updates the translations from that point forward, with the master branch receiving all new features but only targeting Windows 10.
