error message for invalid use of schedule is vague #7

to replicate:

  1. attempt to schedule an assignment with a AFTER_TIME after the BEFORE_TIME

nowhere in the user guide does it state that AFTER_TIME must be before BEFORE_TIME. the relevant pages are 33-35.
